• Orders placed on weekends or select holidays are processed the next business day.

• All orders are tracked, and tracking number will be provided to you via email to check the status of your order once item is dispatched. Please track your package through your local post office website or through http://parcelsapp.com/en .

• You may also use the Priority option or DHL (for 3 Days Express Delivery) at a charge

Customs and import taxes

• Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
  *Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hrs after the order has been placed

Undelivered Shipment :

• In the instance that the courrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 1-2 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s). After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us via info@vondeeworld.com. Upon notification from the customer, we will follow up with the courrier service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of reshipping your order. A refund will not be issued.
