If you place an order right now (why wouldn’t you?), we will pack and ship it out within 24 hours of receipt except otherwise stated. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays are processed on the next business day. If we have limited availability of any product, we will inform you within 24 hours after placing the order with an update. All orders are shipped from Luxembourg.
We use reputable courier companies and POST Luxembourg for delivery of your order.
All orders are tracked, and tracking number will be provided to you via email to check the status of your order once item is dispatched. Please track your package through your local post office website or through http://parcelsapp.com/en .
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, shipping costs would be shown, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.

Customs and import taxes
Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

Undelivered Shipment :
In the instance that POST/ DHL tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s). After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon notification from the customer, we will follow up with POST / DHL. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of reshipping your order. A refund will not be issued.
