If you place an order right now (why wouldn’t you?), we will pack and ship it out within 1-2 days of receipt except otherwise stated. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. At most, it can take about 1-3 weeks with the free standard shipping and about 3 days with DHL Express.
Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered purchases. We offer a refund on items up to 30 days from the original date of purchase.. For more detailed information regarding this process, please visit our RETURN & EXCHANGE page.
We take damaged and defective items very seriously. If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team on info@vondeeworld.com or send a whatsapp on +352 671 108 423 and we’ll help resolve the issue right away.
We work very hard to photograph and process every photo so that the colors depicted are as accurate as possible. However, the colors of your monitor, smartphone screen or tablet, can vary. Every device has its own set of colors, contrast and calibration. If you’re not satisfied with the color of the product you receive let us know.
We apologize in the case that you may receive an item with a sticker patch. Our fabrics come with seals on them from the manufacturer, which show their authenticity, and we work our hardest to remove them before shipping out our items. However, occasionally they cannot be completely removed without washing, so you may see the mark from the sticker on your item. They are not permanent and will come out after washing.
Yes we provided limited options for custom orders. Most of the items listed on our site are ready-to-wear. Please get int touch if you would prefer some minimal customisation.
We are always updating our inventory with new styles and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that’s currently unavailable, please contact us at info@vondeeworld.com and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked we’ll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.
We generally respond within 24 hrs unless in exceptional cases.
